Born in Italy in 1985, Stefano Monteverde grew up in his family’s construction business, developing a strong passion for the building industry from an early age. In 2004, he earned his diploma as a qualified surveyor (Geometra) and began gaining hands-on experience on construction sites in the area of Gualdo Tadino (PG), actively contributing to the post-earthquake reconstruction following the 1998 earthquake.
After completing his studies, he chose to continue working in the reconstruction sector, starting as a site assistant to gain in-depth knowledge of all phases and types of construction work. He later advanced to site manager and then technical director. Driven by a desire to expand his professional skills, Stefano moved into the gas pipeline sector, where he worked as a surveyor managing large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.
After several years of experience, he founded his own construction company in Italy. In 2017, he relocated to Wales, where he established MMM Builders – Maintenance – Shopfitters, a company specializing in construction, maintenance, and commercial fit-outs. He brought with him the craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail that are hallmarks of Italian building expertise.
